How late can I purchase tickets?
As long as seating is available, tickets that include dinner can be purchased until 5pm one day prior to the show; tickets that do not include the meal can be purchase until the show begins. All sales go off-line at 5pm one day prior to the show. Tickets purchased after that point must be purchased through the Box Office.
Will I pay more by ordering my tickets online?
Ticket processing fees are the same for purchases made online or through the NarroWay Box Office.
When can I pick up my tickets?
The Box Office is open 9am-5pm Monday through Saturday, and beginning 30 minutes prior to the advertised show time for evening shows.
What forms of payment do you accept?
NarroWay accepts credit card payments made using Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Cash, checks and money orders are also acceptable forms of payment.
Do I pay tax on my ticket purchase?
No additional taxes are charged for your ticket purchase. A ticket service charge is added to each ticket to accommodate processessing fees. That charge is specified in our Pricing information.
Can I buy tickets for just the show, with no meal?
Yes. Tickets can be purchased for the show with no meal.

What is the menu?
The menu varies by show. Please consult the information on the specific show for which you are inquiring to find the menu.
Can I make substitutions in my meal?
We are unable to offer menu substitutions.
Can I take my meal home with me?
In the interest of food safety, we do not permit food items to be carried out.
How late can I purchase tickets that inclde the meal?

Can I carry in my own food or drink?
No, NarroWay Productions does not permit outside food or beverages.

When should I arrive at the theatre?
Doors open and guests are seated at the advertised show time. Because dinner is served by the performing cast, guests arriving more than 30 minutes late, may forfeit the meal.
If I am not eating dinner, when should I arrive?
For any show that includes a meal option, the show begins when guests have been served. Consequently, actual start time may vary. We recommend that guests choosing the no meal option arrive  within 30 minutes of the advertised show time.
Is there a charge for parking?
No. Parking is free at the NarroWay Theatre
Where do your actors come from?
Most of the NarroWay cast come from the greater Charlotte area - including Concord NC, Rock Hill SC and Fort Mill SC. However, some travel from as far away as Virginia and Kentucky.
How can I join the NarroWay cast?
Contact the NarroWay cast manager at 803.802.2300. Live auditions are held twice each year, however, the cast manager may be able to arrange a taped audition during intermediate times.
How can I purchase performance rights to original NarroWay productions?
New NarroWay Publishing produces the orignal shows that are NarroWay's trademark. The company will soon be making certain shows available for purchase through their website.
Is NarroWay affiliated with a church?
No. NarroWay is a non-profit corporation, and is not underwritten by any other organization.
