Prices and Policies

Tickets are required for all seats. Most shows include dinner, with the exception of Sunday 2pm performances (when available). Advanced reservations are encouraged for all sales, no later than 5pm one day prior to the show date.

Mystery Theatre shows, field trips and other events in the NarroWay Lite series may be scheduled by appointment by groups of 40 or more. Once scheduled, these events are also opened to the general public.

Prices

NarroWay strives to keep premier Christian entertainment affordable for the entire family. Prices range from $15 to $45. Pricing details for each show are included on the web page for that show, accessed through the web page links in the main menu. Rates are discounted for seniors over age 55 and youth 18 and under. Additional discounts are offered for groups of 15 or more. Professional tour operators are provided with tiered pricing not included on this site and should contact the box office at 803.802.2300 for specific information.

Ticket Policies

Policies below apply to all general ticket purchases. See GROUP TICKET POLICIES for policies related to groups of 15 or more.
  • Tickets may be purchased online or through the NarroWay Box Office at 803.802.2300.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.
  • Tickets are required for all seats. Children age two and under may not be required to have a ticket, provided they sit on an adult's lap.
  • Will Call tickets may be picked up 60 minutes prior to the scheduled show time.
  • Customers picking up tickets at Will Call should be prepared to present a valid photo ID if requested.
  • Special considerations such as wheelchairs, visual impairment, etc. must be communicated at the time of the reservation.
  • Vegetarian and gluten-sensitive meals (when available) must be requested at least 48-hours prior to reserved show time.
  • Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
  • Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash, and checks or money orders made payable to NarroWay Productions.
  • Discounts and special offers are subject to specific terms, may not be combined and are never retroactive.
  • Once payment is made, if necessary, up to 8 tickets may be transferred to another performance, provided that the transfer request is made not later than 48 hours prior to the original show date. Tickets transferred to another show date following the original purchase are subject to a $1 service charge per ticket.
  • Any transfer request must be made by speaking with a ticket agent in the NarroWay office at 803.802.2300. Messages, e-mails, social media and any other communication platform are not valid means of generating a transfer.
  • Gift Certificates are available and valid for any show. However, all gift certificates must be redeemed not later than 5pm of the day prior to the intended show date. Seating is subject to availability.
  • NarroWay Productions is not responsible for unclaimed gift certificates or tickets.
  • Because meals are served by the performing cast, dinner guests arriving after the meal is served will forfeit their meal. Please review your email confirmation or the show web page for serving time.
  • All show dates must meet minimum attendance requirements.

Group Policies

Policies below apply to ticket purchases for groups of 15 or more. See general TICKET POLICIES for policies related to individuals and groups of less than 15.
  • Groups of 15 or more are eligible to receive group rate pricing.
  • To receive group rates, tickest must be purchased through the NarroWay Box Office at 803.802.2300.
  • Group rates include $2 off all adult, senior and youth tickets.
  • One complimentary ticket is provided for groups of 16 or more.
  • Two complimentary tickets are provided for groups of 52 or more.
  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold group seating. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the show date.
  • Payments must be received in one sum. Groups are not eligible to receive discounted rates when multiple checks, credit cards or other forms of payment are tendered.
  • If final payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. While the group sales department will make every effort to notify the group leader of an impending cancellation, it is the group leader's responsibility to ensure that proper payments have been received. NarroWay is not responsible for sales canceled as a result of non-payment.
  • Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash, and checks or money orders made payable to NarroWay Productions.
  • Additional tickets beyond those originally reserved are subject to availability and may or may not be seated with the group.
  • Groups should plan to arrive together. The group leader should check in at the box office upon arrival. A NarroWay group greeter will personally greet the group on the bus, assist with entering the theatre, and ensure proper seating.
  • Special considerations such as wheelchairs, visual impairment, etc. must be communicated at the time of the reservation.

  • Cancellations and Transfers: Once final payment is received, entire groups may not cancel nor transfer to another show date. However, up to 8 individual tickets may be transferred when that request is made at least 48 hours prior to the initial show date. In this case, the dollar value of the transfer will be available to be applied to a future reservation within 12 months. If transferred tickets result in a reduction below the group rate minimum, the group rate will no longer apply. Tickets transferred to another show date following the original purchase are subject to a $1 service charge per ticket.

House Policies

Policies listed below apply to all guests entering the NarroWay Theatre.
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the NarroWay Theatre. Items purchased onsite at the NarroWay Shoppes are allowed inside.
  • Photography, video recording and audio recording are strictly prohibited.
  • The use of cell phones and other electronic devices, including text messaging, or any other device that causes distraction is prohibited.
  • NarroWay reserves the right to determine what is considered to be a distraction.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the facility.
  • Guests arriving late will be seated at an appropriate time and location at the discretion of the House Manager.
  • Guests exiting the theatre during a performance will be permitted re-entry only at an appropriate time according to the discretion of the House Manager.
  • Meals are served by the performing cast. Guests not seated when the meal is served will forfeit the meal.
  • NarroWay reserves the right to eject any persons who fail to abide by House Policies or otherwise distract from the event.
